Ingredients 1 Americana Kaiser Cut Gourmet Bun 1 Beetroot & quinoa burger Avocado salsa Little Gem lettuce For the Avocado Salsa: ½ ripe avocado pitted and diced 1 tomato diced 20g onion diced 1 ½ teaspoons olive oil Juice of 1 lime (2 tablespoons) Finely chopped fresh coriander Salt and pepper Method To make the avocado salsa, mix the ingredients in a large bowl and set aside Preheat the grill and toast the cut sides of the bun until golden and set aside Add oil to the pan and heat before adding the burger – cook according to instructions To build the burger place the lettuce on the base of the bun and top with the patty Top with the avocado salsa and place the bun lid on top Serve with sweet potato fries
