  • 2 Monterey Jack cheese slices
  • 1 large sweet white onion - very finely sliced
  • 6 strips of streaky bacon - cooked until crisp
  • American yellow mustard
  • Iceberg lettuce - finely sliced and chopped
  • Mayo - for the bottom bun
  • Ketchup - for the top of the bun
  • Pickles - sliced
  • Salt & Pepper
