Ingredients

  • 2 x Large Portobello Mushrooms

  • Americana Grill Marked Burger Bun - toasted

  • 2 Tbsp of Vegan Kimchi  - recommend Yutaka Korean Kimchi

  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

  • 1 clove – crushed garlic

  • 1 Tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
