10 Americana Grill Marked Burger Buns
Mayo
Lettuce
Beef tomato
10 slices of slow cooked BBQ brisket
10 premium beef patties
10 slices of Cheddar cheese
20 bacon rashers
BBQ sauce

Instructions

Thaw your Americana Grill Marked Burger Bun
Create a BBQ spice mix from chili powder, mustard powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, caster sugar, salt
Rub your BBQ spice mix into your brisket joint
Slow cook your brisket joint
30 minutes before your brisket is finished cooking, remove from the oven and cover in BBQ sauce
Once your brisket has finished cooking leave to rest and then cut into thick slices.
Grill the premium burger
Top the grilled burger with sliced Cheddar cheese and melt
Build your burger:
