The Classic Americana Cheeseburger

Method

1. Start by giving the lid and base of your Americana Brioche Bun a golden tan on the griddle!
2. Spread the base of the bun with a generous helping of tomato ketchup
3. Grab a beef patty and chuck it in your pan or on the griddle (top tip: the higher the fat content, the better your burger will hold together!)
4. Cook your burgers for 6-8 minutes, flipping once. Make sure there’s no pink left!
5. Once cooked, throw some burger cheese on top of your patty and let it get to work for around a minute!
6. Put your beef patty with cheese onto your tomato ketchup base
7. Squirt some extra ketchup on top
8. Enjoy!
