Ingredients

10 6.5" Hot Dog Roll
10 sausages
Mixed salad
Chopped coriander
200g grated cheese
Nachos chips

Tomato salsa:

4-5 ripe tomatoes
1 chopped onion
3 tbs chopped coriander
3 tbs olive oil
Salt & pepper

Remember to toast the roll for the freshly baked feeling.

Method

Preparation time

20 minutes

Chop the onions and tomatoes and mix in the coriander, oil, salt and pepper.
Fry or grill the sausages, then cover with cheese and let it melt over the sausages.
Toast or grill the rolls before putting the dish together.
Top with the salsa.
Served with nacho chips.
