Ploughman's Burger

Method

1. Grill the beef patty.
2. Add one or two slices of brie cheese to the beef and let it melt.
3. Cut the green apple in thin slices.
4. Grill the bun, add the meat, honey and mustard dressing
5. Top with the mixed salad and finish with the apple slices.
