Ingredients

8 Americana Gourmet Brioche burger buns
2 tbsp oil
8 beefburgers
16 slices American cheese
18 rashers bacon
160g ready made kimchi

For the gochujang burger sauce:

8 tbsp mayonnaise
3-4 tsp gochujangpaste (depending how spicy you like it).

Serve with fries

Instructions

For the burger sauce, combine the 2 ingredients and set aside
Preheat the grill and toast the cut side of the buns and set aside
In a frying pan heat the oil until hot, add the burgers and cook turning occasionally until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan, top each with 2 slices of cheese and keep warm
Cook the bacon at the same time under the grill for 3-4 minutes, turning until crispy
To build the burger, spread the base with kimchi, add the burger, top with the bacon and some burger sauce
