Bacon or Bust!

Method

1. Start by toasting the lid and base of your Americana Brioche Bun
2. Spread a generous amount of burger sauce. Don’t be shy, the saucier, the better!
3. Pile on some fresh Romaine lettuce
4. Squeeze a handful of uncooked fatty beef mince (the higher the fat, the better it will hold together), throw it into a hot pan, and smash it flat with something like a saucepan. Or for the less adventurous, you can always cheat and buy some burgers in!)
5. Cook your burger for 6-8 minutes, flipping once. Make sure there’s no pink left, then add a slice or two of burger cheese and rest for a few minutes!
6. At the same time, throw 2-3 rashers of crispy streaky bacon into a hot pan and sizzle until they’re super crispy!
7. Place your cheesy beef patty on top of your burger sauce base
8. Drop your crispy bacon on top
9. Add an extra dollop of burger sauce on top of your bacon
10. Get eating!
