  • 10 Brioche Hot Dog Rolls
  • 10 Gourmet hot dog sausages

Sweetcorn and asparagus crème:

  • 200g asparagus
  • 100g sweetcorn
  • 100ml sour cream
  • Salt and pepper

Pickled rhubarb:

  • 400g rhubarb, finely chopped
  • 100ml vinegar
  • 200g sugar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 pepper corn

Crispy onion rings:

  • 1 large onion (or red onion)
  • 1 pinch of salt

This rich sauce is a good match for a flavourful sausage. The pickled rhubarb and crispy onion rings add sharpness from the first bite.
