Ingredients

10 Brioche Hot Dog Rolls
10 Gourmet hot dog sausages

Sweetcorn and asparagus crème:

200g asparagus
100g sweetcorn
100ml sour cream
Salt and pepper

Pickled rhubarb:

400g rhubarb, finely chopped
100ml vinegar
200g sugar
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
5 pepper corn

Crispy onion rings:

1 large onion (or red onion)
1 pinch of salt

Sweetcorn and asparagus crème:

Mix all ingredients and flavour with salt and pepper.

Pickled rhubarb:

Mix sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf and vinegar and let it boil for 10 minutes.
Put the chopped rhubarb in a bowl and pour the vinegar-mixture over.
Let it sit in the fridge for minimum 2 hours.

Crispy onion rings:

Peel the onion.
Use a mandolin iron to cut it into very thin slices and place them on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle them with salt and bake the onion rings in a preheated oven by 140 degrees C for approx. 30 minutes, until all of them are crispy.
Let the onion rings cool off completely before you put them in a container with paper towels.
